Over the last 20+ years, I have set up organizations, managed large teams, and solved complex problems internally and externally. Adding coaching to my skillset has been like earning a PhD in intuition, empathy, and listening.I am a certified ICF coach (ACC) trained
through Co-Active Training Institute, CTI (CPCC).I am also Co-Founder & Principal at Marigold Strategy - a social sector consulting company. I have a MPA from University of Washington and a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University.
